AMS earns eight marketing, communications awards
Ag Management Solutions (AMS) put its best foot forward and triumphed once again on behalf of its roster of clients at the 2026 Best of National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) regional awards.
A full-service, Minnesota-based group specializing in marketing and communications expertise, executive management, accounting and administrative services, AMS accepted eight marketing and communications awards on behalf of five clients across three regions, including a Region 4 Best of Show Consumer Audiences Award for a Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board-branded Consumer Campaign highlighting how a “little” soybean grows up in big ways. Voters also awarded the Wisconsin Soybean Association with Best Association Magazine for its quarterly magazine, Soy Forward.
AMS earned two more NAMA awards for the publications it produces, including Region 3 first-place recognition for the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association’s (MSGA) magazine, Soybean Business, which won Best of NAMA awards in 2024 and 2025. AMS also notched a Region 2 merit award for Prairie Grains magazine, a bimonthly magazine published by the Minnesota Association of Wheat Growers. In addition, AMS earned a merit award for MSGA for a press release criticizing the state of Minnesota’s proposal to increase feedlot permits, which was quickly rescinded by Gov. Tim Walz following MSGA’s release.
“It’s very gratifying, as we mark nearly 10 years in operations, to see our AMS team continue to push ourselves, challenge conventions and, most importantly, make our clients shine bright,” CEO Tom Slunecka said. “I’ve been involved in NAMA for many years and can’t recall ever seeing a single agency have three publications up for Best Magazine. That alone is a huge achievement and shows that our industry peers are taking notice of the hard work our team is putting in here at AMS.”
AMS also earned a first-place award for Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council in Region 3 for its Minneline newsletter, while client United States Identity Preserved Alliance (formerly known as the Specialty Soya & Grains Alliance) notched merit awards for its e-newsletter and a full-page ad promoting the U.S. Identity Preserved brand mark and its “Fork to Farm” message.
All eight AMS entries will be submitted for consideration for the Best of NAMA 2026, which take place April 15 in St. Louis, Mo.
“It’s such a privilege to work alongside a creative and dedicated group of writers, experienced marketing professionals and designers who are putting our clients on the national stage,” said Drew Lyon, AMS’ senior communications manager.
