In her role, Amanda focuses on overseeing the strategic direction of 40 Square Cooperative Solutions and works closely with its Board of Directors. Additionally, Amanda works with 40 Square’s lobbyist on legislative asks and represents 40 Square at meetings, events and trade shows. Prior to joining 40 Square and the AMS team, Amanda worked in health care management for over 20 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She continued on to receive a Master’s certificate in Organizational Leadership from St. Kate’s. She graduated from the YWCA Elizabeth Kearney Women’s Leadership Program in 2009 and served on the YWCA EKWL Alumnae Council. Amanda lives in Mankato with her husband, Ryan and three children, Parker, Jaxson and Chloe.
