Bailey Grubish works as a Marketing Communications Specialist, assisting AMS clients with their marketing and communication needs. This includes – but isn’t limited to – brainstorming ideas for social media, website updates; writing and drafting press releases; writing grants and taking event photos. Grubish also serves as the Advertising and Sales Manager for Soybean Business Magazine and Prairie Grains Magazine.
Additionally, Grubish is the southwest Minnesota county representative for Minnesota Soybean. There, she brings her farmer boards the latest news from MSGA and MSR&PC, such as current legislative work and checkoff investments. Her counties include Blue Earth, Brown, Cottonwood, Dodge, Dakota-Rice, Faribault, Freeborn, Goodhue, Jackson, Le Sueur-Scott, Lincoln, Lyon, Martin, McLeod, Mower, Murray, Nicollet-Sibley, Nobles, Olmsted-Wabasha, Pipestone, Redwood, Renville, Rock, Steele, Waseca, Watonwan and Yellow Medicine.
Grubish graduated from the University of Kansas, majoring in Strategic Communications with a minor in Leadership Studies. While at the University of Kansas, Grubish studied abroad for a summer semester in London, where she interned at Reaktion Books.
Before joining the AMS team, Grubish worked at Waseca County News as a news reporter for nearly three years.
