David Kee
Research is near and dear to David’s heart. So is sharing that information with farmers. In his role, he serves as the liaison between soybean farmers and the various production research organizations. Before joining AMS, David held research positions with the Texas AgriLife Extension Service, El Dorado Chemical Company, McNeese State University and Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative. He also served on the board of the Louisiana Forage and Grassland Council and the Texas Forage and Grassland Council, and was Director of the Agriculture, Forestry and Wildlife Division of the Louisiana Academy of Sciences. He has published numerous works in various publications centered around crop research. Kee graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Master’s in Soil Science. He holds a PhD from Auburn University in Crop Management.
