Erin brings a personal touch to her sales endeavors. Before joining AMS, she spent more than five years selling for KOWZ and KRUE country radio stations before taking on sales for Linder Farm Network. Erin and her husband, Matthew have a farm where they grow soybeans and corn, and a beef cattle operation selling to direct consumers. The couple has three children, Jillian, Madison and Sophia. Erin has a simple philosophy she employs in her sales tactics, stolen from the great Wayne Gretzky. “You miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take.”

Fun Erin fact: Erin operates her own non-profit, Together on Memories, which provides financial support for children going to therapy, she believes every child deserves to have the chance at their best life despite having a tragic event happen to them.
