Karen True-Smith is the AMS receptionist and often the first friendly face you’ll see upon walking into our headquarters. True-Smith takes on whatever may come her way, whether that be answering the phone, processing the mail, making RSVP calls for board meetings or taking AMS vehicles in for service.

Prior to joining AMS, True-Smith worked in customer service for a local corporation.

She works on behalf of all AMS clients.
