Melinda Roberts plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Ag Management Solutions (AMS), supporting both internal teams and client organizations. As a member of the senior leadership team, she oversees all human resources, benefits, and payroll functions, while also guiding high-level administrative operations across the organization.
Melinda provides strategic administrative leadership for AMS clients, managing complex logistics, reviewing governing documents, and maintaining accurate and compliant board records. She works closely with client boards of directors, supporting effective governance practices and ensuring that all documentation and records are properly maintained. Serving as a trusted liaison between boards and their affiliated organizations, she fosters strong relationships that contribute to long-term client success.
She holds a background in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and brings prior experience in sales support.
Fun Melinda fact: Outside of her professional role, Melinda values time with her children and grandchildren and enjoys traveling—particularly solo road trips across the United States. She is drawn to the outdoors and appreciates time spent gardening and exploring forests, mountains and the beaches of the Gulf Coast.
