Melinda spends her days keeping all AMS employees and clients organized to ensure that operations run smoothly. She fulfills a vital role on the AMS senior leadership team and handles all human resources, benefits and payroll responsibilities. Melinda directs the high-level administrative tasks for all AMS clients, including but not limited to, organizing meeting logistics, reviewing governing documents and maintaining official board records. She works closely with all client boards, overseeing their management including ensuring governing documents, meeting records and client records are documented appropriately. By serving as liaison between the boards and their affiliated organizations, she nurtures essential relationships that allow AMS clients to thrive. Melinda studied Business Administration at MSU – Mankato. Before joining the AMS team, she spent several years working for a wholesale printing company in a sales support role.
Fun Melinda fact: When Melinda isn’t helping keep boards of directors afloat, she takes to the water where she enjoys kayaking.
