Randy Duckworth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in cross-functional team leadership, strategic planning and global marketing management. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Specialty Soya and Grains Alliance – the U.S. Identity Preserved Alliance – where he advances the interests of producers, processors and exporters of U.S. identity preserved crops. Randy previously served as the CEO of the Global Pulse Confederation in Dubai, where he managed a diverse team of employees and board of directors across multiple countries. His other previous roles include Executive Director and Vice President of Marketing for the U.S. Dry Bean Council, where he expanded government purchasing options and boosted international funding, and Vice President of Marketing for the California Raisin Marketing Board, where he managed a substantial budget and enhanced brand recognition through innovative campaigns.
